NASTY HIGH is the hottest young hard rock band formed in Nottingham in 2015 by Dan Bentley (lead vocals), JB Haze (bass) and Mazzy Speed (drums) with new lead guitarists Arron Beckworth and Nick Constantino both joining in 2018. Taking their inspiration from stadium rock legends such as KISS, AC/DC, Bon Jovi, Def Leppard, Led Zeppelin, Van Halen, Journey, Guns N Roses, Foreigner, Ozzy Osbourne, Iron Maiden and Winger, the band are known for their catchy memorable hooks, wild energetic live performances and soaring high vocals, completing their first small tour of the UK with Kane'd in early 2018 which culminated in a triumphant set at HRH AOR VI festival alongside Skid Row and Joe Lynn Turner in March.

 

Winning the best band of 2017 in Derby scored them a slot at Rock & Blues Custom Show festival alongside Y&T, Graham Bonnet and FM. With the first two runs of the self-released debut album, 2017's "Liquid Scream" now sold out, with strong sales in the US, Europe and Japan, NASTY HIGH has since been writing and recording material for their follow-up due for release in 2019, in addition to remixing the first album and rehearsing to tour in 2019.
